Our plan-retire in Coronado. We also had a challenge. Sell our house in Utah, sell our one bedroom in Coronado and find a two bedroom in the Shores for our last move. The house sold in one day over price. We were in Coronado to look for the perfect place. Joe called Coronado Shores and we met Felicia Bell and Stacy Begin. They found a lovely condo with a few problems in La Princesa for us. With Felicia and Stacy's professionalism, creative negotiations, and determination to work out the hurtles toward a sale, they made it "work for us". And we are so grateful it did.

We recently purchased a condo unit at the Shores as part of a 1031 exchange for an investment. We recently bought one condo at the Coronado Shores and sold another one, engaging Felicia and Stacy on both transactions. Both transactions occurred flawlessly. Their industry knowledge, as well as their knowledge of the local market, is incredible. This knowledge especially manifested itself in the sale of the one condo. We were selling it furnished, and their eye and taste in how to show it best as a furnished condo was nothing short of remarkable. As an indication of the depth of their knowledge of the local market, they had 2 legitimate buyers lined up even before it formally went on the market. We had a Purchase Agreement done in less than a week.
